Privacy Policy

FluidScriptr LLC  ·  Effective date: October 22, 2026  ·  Delaware, USA

1. The Short Version

This policy covers the FluidScriptr app at v2.fluidscriptr.app and your FluidScriptr account. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

2. What We Collect

Your account. FluidScriptr accounts have no passwords. You sign in with a one-time link we email you. For each account we store:

Your saved scripts. When you convert while signed in and using the included AI credits, we save the script FluidScriptr writes for you to your account as the conversion runs: the screenplay or manuscript text, its Story Bible, its title, and how far the conversion got. This lets you open it again from My scripts at v2.fluidscriptr.app/account on any device. Only you can see it. We never save the manuscript file you upload. Nothing is saved for free samples, if you aren't signed in, or if you use your own AI API key. You can download, rename, or delete any saved script from My scripts.

Your purchases. When you buy through PayPal, PayPal handles your payment and we never see your card or bank details. PayPal sends us a record of the sale: the date, the pack you bought, the amount paid, the email you paid with, and the PayPal Transaction ID. When you first unlock the app, we also note which website or campaign first brought you to FluidScriptr (for example, "facebook.com"), so we know which outreach works.

Your usage. If you use the included AI credits, we record how much you used (books converted, token counts, and estimated cost) against your purchase. Usage records never include what you wrote or what the AI wrote back.

Free samples. If you request a free sample, we keep the email you gave us and how many times you used the sample. This record is deleted automatically about two months after your last use. We also receive an email notice each time a sample is used, which we may keep.

Security basics. To stop abuse of sign-in emails, we briefly count requests by internet (IP) address. These counts expire within a day.

What we don't collect. We do not store the manuscripts you upload. Apart from saved scripts described above, your writing is not stored on our servers: work in progress is saved in your own browser on your own device. If you use your own AI API key, that key and your writing stay between your browser and the AI provider and never reach us. The app does not use advertising or analytics trackers.

3. Cookies and Browser Storage

When you sign in, we set one cookie on v2.fluidscriptr.app that keeps you signed in. It lasts up to one year, or until you sign out. It is used only for sign-in, not for tracking or ads.

The app also saves your work in progress and your app settings in your browser's own storage on your device. That copy stays on your device; clearing your browser data removes it. (If you're signed in, a copy of your script is also saved to your account, as described in Section 2.)

4. How We Use Your Information

5. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run FluidScriptr. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

6. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account yourself. Sign in at v2.fluidscriptr.app/account, open Settings, and choose Delete account. This takes effect immediately and:

What we keep, and why. Payment records (date, pack, amount paid, the email you paid with, and the Transaction ID) are business records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes. They are not deleted with your account. Because of this, if you later sign up again with the same email, your past purchases and any unused books will reappear.

Deleting your account does not delete anything saved in your own browser. To remove that, clear your browser data for v2.fluidscriptr.app.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others), you may have the right to:

We honor these requests for every customer, whichever state you live in. Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email so we know it's really you. We will respond within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will respond to your appeal within 60 days.

8. How We Protect Your Information

There are no passwords to steal. Sign-in links work once and expire after 15 minutes. We store only scrambled (hashed) versions of sign-in links and session cookies, so a copy of our database could not be used to sign in as you. All connections use encryption (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.

9. How Long We Keep It

10. Children

FluidScriptr is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
